Pros

They were really good at leveraging each individual's strengths. People were helpful and supportive when something is blocking your project

Cons

Unclear or non existent career growth. Way too many harassment and compliance trainings (like significantly more than any other publically traded company I've worked for) to the point where it can interfere with essential tasks. Getting blindsided by a massive layoff.

Pros

Some solid team members and colleagues to work with and learn from. Some flexibility in work hours, as long as your work gets done. Very deliverable-focussed. Interesting work in clinical research. The job is fully remote, which is nice.

Cons

Sometimes requires extended hours in order to complete project; very dependent on stakeholders and last-minute changes from various people. The volume of work and the constant pace can wear you down.
