      Great benefits and discounts ranging from free tix to RBC Center to Tuition Reimbursement to discounts on vehicle purchases. Training is best compared to other CROs in the area.

      Cons

      Communication is lacking between middle and upper management and employees. Managers are helpful, but some department heads do a poor job of communicating with employees.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
