Pros

Office standard is good. Nothing more good about this company.......

Cons

1. Salary is at lowest standards compared to market value. No hike even after 1 year. Friends who joined along with me for an internship here and didn't selected for a permanent role are at a way better place than I am now. 2. Out of 100% of employees. 40% doesn't know the work and 40% escape from doing the work so the pressure falls on remaining 20%. 3. Managers don't see the need to appreciate employees who actually contribute to the work instead they appreciate employees loafing around doing clown business. You can find these type of people climbing up the ladder. I didn't find being a clown as a part of my job description too. 4. Managers Dont know to manage. 5. From past one year I have seen many senior employees leaving the company and fresher's being hired on a large scale. Now their strategy is to hire fresher's, pay them less salary and trap them. For everyone(fresher/exp) who is planning to join this company please don't. Its a trap in which if you fall you will only regret.

Pros

Great company culture, excellent team support, fantastic management at all levels. I especially value the training initiatives that help in the day to day. This is a great place to build skills, especially in AI. Work life balance is emphasized and encouraged.

Cons

It can feel a bit like being a cog in the wheel at times, although good ideas do get the attention of management. Workload can be unrelenting around EOQ. Process "improvement" initiatives are constant, poorly announced, and often make things worse. Raises and bonuses are meager and do not keep up with inflation/market value.
