Pros

Some decent people work here though really only at the bottom level, the healthyuhealthyq wellness programme has great potential.

Cons

Worryingly incompentant management, excessive workload, poor pay, limited advancement opportunities for the majority, unrealistic metrics, ridiculous structuring and constant restructuring that doesn't have any discernible reason or benefits, far too much emphasis is placed on billable time yet so much time is wasted on the nonbillable all-staff calls and meetings that aren't even effective in communication between staff and management

Pros

Remote work option is nice to have

Cons

Zero support from management, with employee development and team concerns often taking a back seat to other priorities. Morale continues to go downhill, and several colleagues exploring opportunities elsewhere or leaving the organization already. The culture is challenging, particularly around providing candid feedback, as employees often are tracker down and face negative repercussions and retaliations. Career advancement depends more on aligning with leadership preferences than on merit and performance. Would not recommend this company to those seeking a supportive environment with transparent growth opportunities. Overall, the culture is political and difficult to navigate.
