      1. Flexible timings and Work from home options. 2. No real work pressure. 3. Friendly ambiance with decent work culture. 4. This is the place you want to be, only after you have seen the world.

      Cons

      1. Quintiles is not a paymaster. 2. No Business travel opportunities and no horizontal growth as well. 3. Not an ideal place to be if you have just started your career or if you are a enthusiastic mid level professional aspiring to move up the ladder and get a global exposure of the business.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
