Pros
Flexibility of work schedule, ability to work on and off site as needed. Many of the people really know their what they are doing and do a great job.
Cons
the foreign consultants take the work from the American consultants. The foreign consultants do not follow the Standards and get away with it, because by the time they finish a project its too late to go back and pay them more to get it done in time to meet the deadline.
