-At the end of every quarter there is an UNHEALTHY push to close revenue gap -Never expect to go on vacation without your laptop/ you will work on vacation- do not fall for "unlimited PTO", you will be working (off-hours, vacation, etc) -Lots of High Performing-Toxic employees -Very little sense of teamwork -Overpriced solutions/ competition is taking a lot of market share -Almost no formal training program available- you are expected to know solutions/offerings on your off-time -Most of the GTM team has their own agenda...everyone is out for themselves -under paid for work being done
