Pros

Great stepping stone into pharmaceutical industry Decent benefits Mileage reimbursement is great Autonomy; able to work from home which allows for family time

Cons

Beware workers comp process; you will be branded an outcast You are contracted to work for other companies and Quintiles gets paid very well but they are tightfisted in compensating you when you're traveling a significant amount While you're working for 2 companies, you're expected to jump through hoops but no one person can tell you what is going on at any given time because the communication between Quintiles and the other company isn't there Problems don't get fixed, just swept under the rug They took away our mileage and gave gas cards as the price of gas started dropping; now when you put 1000 miles a week on your personal vehicle you don't get compensated for it Once your contract ends you may or may not get placed on another project; if you have bills, you need a consistent job TOO MANY CONS TO LIST!!!!

Pros

Remote work option is nice to have

Cons

Zero support from management, with employee development and team concerns often taking a back seat to other priorities. Morale continues to go downhill, and several colleagues exploring opportunities elsewhere or leaving the organization already. The culture is challenging, particularly around providing candid feedback, as employees often are tracker down and face negative repercussions and retaliations. Career advancement depends more on aligning with leadership preferences than on merit and performance. Would not recommend this company to those seeking a supportive environment with transparent growth opportunities. Overall, the culture is political and difficult to navigate.
