Pros

Iqvia Biotech is a great organization to get into the CRO world as a short term goal. Pay is decent for what you do.

Cons

Leadership favors departments over other departments. Company will ask for feedback and overwhelmingly they will provide negative and hardly any positive feedback. The company has changed its KPI metrics for bonuses among other items and the majority of people cannot meet expectations at the position, resulting in low bonuses and stagnate wage increases. Overall, this is a company you want to get your CRO experience and get out as soon as you get another chance at another CRO. Your team will not have your back and will throw you under the bus to save themselves. They say they want your feedback, but turn their backs and ignore it.

Pros

Remote work option is nice to have

Cons

Zero support from management, with employee development and team concerns often taking a back seat to other priorities. Morale continues to go downhill, and several colleagues exploring opportunities elsewhere or leaving the organization already. The culture is challenging, particularly around providing candid feedback, as employees often are tracker down and face negative repercussions and retaliations. Career advancement depends more on aligning with leadership preferences than on merit and performance. Would not recommend this company to those seeking a supportive environment with transparent growth opportunities. Overall, the culture is political and difficult to navigate.
