Pros
Best Cro to work for. Flexible timings, no work pressure very good working culture. Some people say we get less hikes either they don't perform or they don't know what other people get in IT or in any other CRO. You can gain depth knowledge in Clinical domain. Some managers are way too good, you will enjoy their company.
Cons
WFH. It's good to have this option but people miss use it specially ladies. Company should place a camera in breakouts or cafeteria so that people will stop stealing things from there. Managers do favoritism. If you belong to your managers cast then you will get promotions easily and that too without doing much work.
