Great place for extroverted white people!!

Cons

Bad place for ppl who do not want to step on other people's backs to get acknowledged!! Recognition is tied more to social dynamics and personality than to actual contributions. Does not matter if you take on significant responsibilities or do all the grunt work, you will always be overlooked in favor of louder, more socially connected peers — often white — who fit the preferred cultural mold! If you're looking for a workplace that values quiet diligence and diverse perspectives, this is not the place. There are 100% better companies out there that will pay you more too for the work you put in!

Pros

Great company culture, excellent team support, fantastic management at all levels. I especially value the training initiatives that help in the day to day. This is a great place to build skills, especially in AI. Work life balance is emphasized and encouraged.

Cons

It can feel a bit like being a cog in the wheel at times, although good ideas do get the attention of management. Workload can be unrelenting around EOQ. Process "improvement" initiatives are constant, poorly announced, and often make things worse. Raises and bonuses are meager and do not keep up with inflation/market value.
