      The work was interesting in the industry.

      Cons

      Extremely poor management. No project management or planning. Layers of management and few resources actually doing the work. Trying to offshore as much work as possible. Very little training.

      Pros

      Some solid team members and colleagues to work with and learn from. Some flexibility in work hours, as long as your work gets done. Very deliverable-focussed. Interesting work in clinical research. The job is fully remote, which is nice.

      Cons

      Sometimes requires extended hours in order to complete project; very dependent on stakeholders and last-minute changes from various people. The volume of work and the constant pace can wear you down.
