Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are delighted that you recognise our fantastic range of products and services, as well as our recent focus on cloud technologies. We are proud to invest in our excellent products, continually taking on customer feedback, and innovating to provide outstanding customer experience. We appreciate that IRIS is a large and growing organisation, with offices from around the world and new businesses regularly joining the IRIS family. We ensure that we are regularly communicating our plans and priorities for the future through monthly global updates, regular newsletters, weekly emails from our CEO, and our Global Teams Channel. We also run a weekly induction for all new hires, to welcome them to the company, as well as detail our systems and processes and how to navigate Delve (our company directory). We work hard to make sure IRIS is a Great Place to Work for all our employees, and we are delighted to have been recognised as such by Great Place to Work® for two years running, as well as being named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces, UK’s Best Workplaces for Women and for Wellbeing by Great Place to Work®. We’re always looking for ways we can be the best we can be, and we would welcome any further suggestions. Please speak to your HR representative or leave a comment in our next Peakon survey. Pros

I have been with Iris for approximately 5 months and have been incredibly impressed. The people I work with from my peers, leadership (including executive leadership) and my team, are amazing. Building relationships has been easy as most of the employees are open to it, are very collaborative and genuinely want to help! Iris is also focused on equality and ensure we all have a fair opportunity for growth. While we have a lot to do here, it is clear that we are valued.

Cons

As a rapidly growing organization, we have some growing pains and some foundational processes, systems and flow that need to be updated and/or adjusted, but nothing that won't be fixed over time.

Pros

Recruitment team was really responsive and the process was lengthy but not overkill.

Cons

I had a very disappointing hiring experience with this company. After accepting an offer, I spent over a week being told that my pre-employment checks were still in progress. During that time, I stayed in regular contact with the background check company, which confirmed that my employment had been successfully verified. Despite repeatedly asking for updates and clarification, communication from the company was inconsistent and contradictory. At different points, I was told both that my offer had been rescinded and that they were still working through my pre-employment checks. After waiting, following up, and trying to resolve the confusion, I was ultimately informed that the position was no longer being offered as a remote role. The most frustrating part wasn't that circumstances changed I understand those things can happen. It was the lack of clear communication and transparency throughout the process. I had already made major life decisions based on the accepted offer, including leaving my previous job, only to have the opportunity disappear after being left in limbo for over a week. I hope the company improves its hiring process and communicates more clearly with future candidates. No applicant should have to deal with this level of uncertainty after accepting an offer.
