The pay, the stress, the management, and the employees. Everyone there is a 20 something girl who hates everyone else. A very tense and unprofessional environment. The two male managers are creeps. I had the misfortune of being cornered by both of them in a bar while the drunkenly flirted with me. A certain female manager is incredibly rude and hates everyone around her, she will make your life miserable unless you're a guy she can flirt with. Do NOT WORK HERE. I was told, "This place is really just a stepping stone for people" when I confronted the CEO about the high turn around rate. He knows it's a dump and doesn't care.
