Pros
Work hard and be committed to the company and you will be recognized and considered for promotions. Company is experiencing growth and expanding. I had some really great co-workers during my time with this company. The company makes attempts to create improvements for employees (not always successful but does attempt).
Cons
During my time there were 3 or 4 different HR directors, these HR directors had very little impact and were not utilized as they should have been. Some employees get the option to work from home and there is almost no supervision of them and it creates animosity from other employees that work hard while in the office every day. Upper level executives can be difficult to connect with due to their busy schedule so it makes it difficult to drive any real changes with the company. Pay rate is low in comparison to other companies and raises are often only given if the employee brings up the subject.
