Poor HR department, minimal follow up training, and minimal pay - Social Media Investigator ISG (MA) Employee Review

Training is just video clips sent to email as they come, no organization, you're corrected over and over with no previous guidance, even if you have asked. Pay is not worth the hassle on most cases. Not one part of management in the department are on the same page so it wastes your time trying to sort out exactly what to do. There is constant changes and added searches to be performed with no additional pay increases. They have acquired too many companies too fast and not every company does it the same so there's constant cross of information and again given minimal guidance. HR is horrible and very disorganized.
