Pros
The ONLY reason anyone ever stays with this company is for their co-workers. The PEOPLE are the best and only thing that kept me here so long. That and the availability of remote work and flexibility (which goes out the window with the work load expected).
Cons
Upper leadership/management is completely consumed with their own priorities and needs and do not feel the need to listen to any outside input, even that of their most experienced employees and managers. It is their way or the highway, to the detriment of their business, usually. They absolutely do not care one bit about any of their lowly employees if they are not in a "leadership" role or a sales role and the pay they offer is laughable at best, especially given the work they expect. No HR team to appropriately vet complaints and issues. You are expected to do everything for yourself including your time sheet and benefits.
