Pros
The thing I like best about working at ISG is the latitude I'm given to make change. Upper management values creative thinking and allows/ encourages members to take ownership of their suggestions. It's refreshing to work with a company that values out-of-the-box thinking and creative ideas.
Cons
Similar to other companies I have worked for, some of the technology is out dated.
