This is a fantastic job to get a quick move to Dallas then find something new that you can actually use what you studied 4 years for. You will start as customer service and it will test your patience immensely. It’s borderline disgusting that they have college graduates work customer service for a year. Give that to people who went to junior college and pay them less. Give the actual college grads a start in client development. Once your in client development best of f- luck. You are the client b- for lack of better saying. It all depends what team you are on. You will either have the best or worst time and it will consume your entire time. Like you will have clients email you and call you at 4 am. The office is nice and the new once will be even better. It’s all to drawn in more talent but hey that’s why they have a turnover rate of 84% and people stay there on average 10 months! It a total red flag they do not have anyone really over 30 employed there. Also everyone already is graying at 27??? Office is also very cliquey and they are trying to “diversify” by recruiting at HBCU’s and Latino universities just put them on CS and pay them the least. No one of color is on leadership, seriously look at the website. They have their favorites and quite literally everyone there is not a POC. Overall thank god the pay is good or else no one would stay.
