**Please do not work here unless it is your absolute only option - take your skills elsewhere** Unfortunately, there is not much good I can write. I initially saw myself working here for years, but it did not take long to find out why their turnover rate is so high. ISN kool-aid is most definitely a thing, and if you do not drink it, your manager, team lead, supervisor, etc will make sure that coming into the office every day is a living h*ll. They will do anything and everything to make you feel unwanted, hoping that you will quit so they do not have to fill out the paperwork. Expectations are as if you work at a Big 4, even though everyone who is forced to use ISN absolutely hates the company, even the clients. I have had calls where people lost their livelihood, sobbing, because of this corporation, and we are still supposed to convince them that they need ISN (manipulate because if they don't, they will not gain work). Working this job makes you quickly feel unethical and inhumane. There are so many brilliantly beautiful and amazing people who work here who end up suffering greatly with mental and physical health (maybe because sick days are PTO). Many employees trauma bond over being medicated or hungover. It wasn't until I started a new job that I understood how terrible and abnormal of a place ISN really is. People are still absolutely shocked about what I went through. If you take one thing from all of this - the money is not worth your mental health so whether you work there or are going to -- get out while you can.
