Pros
Pay is good and you learn a lot. You get to switch supervisors/teams, which helps with the monotonous work.
Cons
No work/life balance (shifts are 7am-5pm, 8am-6pm, or 9am-7pm…you always work more than that though because you are given so much work). You are overworked and barely have time to go the restroom. Sitting down the ENTIRE time you are at work with your headset on ready to take incoming calls and make outbound calls every chance you get (I'm talking about 60 inbound/outbound calls a day that do not last a minimum of 5 minutes). So many factors weigh in which causes so much stress (number of calls made, contact percentage, call quality observations…you are basically harassing contractors to get them on the phone to complete something on their account or subscribe to ISN). This job can make you a miserable/stressed mess by how much is expected out of you.
