Cons
- Extremely high turnover due to burnout and unrealistic expectations
- Work life balance is very dependent on your team and supervisor. I was lucky to have a great team, but spent some late nights. Other teams work long hours and have a significantly higher work load.
- Travel opportunities are great, but sometimes it can be too frequent and you can't really say no.
- Lots of ways to give feedback, but it is not anonymous. If you say something negative in feedback, it would be used against you.
- It is very hard to get promoted past senior Associate due to the limited amount of promotions available. I know several people who were told they would get a promotion and did not.
- Lots of happy hours - if you didn't go, you were lame
