Pros

I met a lot of people on my daily routes that helped me find new employment, and provided great references. It’s ok for a temporary position to get back on track, nothing to hang your hat on. -hours are good and an hour lunch

Cons

-management is awful and ignorant. Manager didn’t know anything, was always asking subordinates for help and answers. -since IST is a contractor company, management is so pressed to keep the contracts they let the contractor company employees to treat IST employees any kind of way. Bending over backwards for crazy requests, and working the service specialists like dogs. -as a female, you’re expected to carry and deliver heavy boxes which is ridiculous. Even after admitting that you’re not comfortable lifting and delivering heavy packages, due to risk of dropping Or damaging it is grounds for being fired (over text) very unprofessional -they play favorites, not everyone with seniority is FAIRLY considered for promotion. - annual raise was .17 cents, disrespectful -mice and vermin -no respect for service specialists -IST caters to the entitled contractors every ridiculous whims and requests

This reliance isn’t uncommon in our industry, but it does highlight the importance of building strong client relationships to provide more consistent long‑term stability.
