Pros
The culture of the company is great. Everyone I worked with is very supportive and encouraging which makes us fun to work with. The management also treats us with good respect and gives values for our opinions. A very exciting and challenging place to work with.
Cons
Cons are there, but the only thing is you have to fit the culture of our organization. Otherwise, we would be eagerly finding cons even if it is the best organisation ever. The things that need to be improved are happening at a steady pace with us. The management and we employees are figuring out innovative ways to make ITTB a better place to work.
