Pros
Definitely a family atmosphere. Everyone likes eating together and sharing. Almost always a friendly conversation with anyone you spoke to. Open door policy is a plus from the CEO down to the back office employees. India employees were handled fairly well and performed, given the usual challenges of having an off shore team there. Hours were normal and salary are typically fair. They do not dismiss your requests outright if you needed to negotiate. You aren't discouraged from creating and expressing your ideas at growing the company. That is obviously not the case everywhere you go. I certainly appreciate having my voice heard. If you really needed to work from home, you were typically allowed. But coming into the office was preferred and often encouraged. CEO is generous with any office parties and lunches. I believe he genuinely cares for his employees and their growth. He is a good man.
Cons
Not enough direct clients. The incentive package changed a little too much for my liking and reasoning for the changes were not always clear. There is a tendency to try reinvent the wheel of the processes when times are tough. Unfortunately a lot of smart and accomplished people left over the years, some rather early on in their tenure and abruptly.
