      None. They bait you with a job at an agreed upon compensation level then tell you they have submitted you at 20K less than the agreed upon rate.

      Cons

      -They bait you with a job and then pay you less at submission to their implementation partner -They take your profile and use it on other candidates if you don't agree to working for less. Stay totally away from these people, especially Vignesh Nandala
