Pros

I have been working at ITG for over three years and it’s been an experience filled with growth, challenges and many good/bad moments. I have learned a lot and the company has given me a chance to learn and build a career in the telecommunication industry. If you want a stable and prosperous career and work in a company that has leadership that’s down to earth, ITG is the right place. From my local manager to the CEO of the company, there are no white collars. We are all the same which I appreciate. Real open door policy. However, the telecom industry isn’t for everybody. It’s non-routine and involves some emergency calls, long hours... Still, I am very pleased that I have a career in an industry that will never go away and allow me to provide for my family. Telecom industry is a utility service nowadays.

Cons

It can be stressful. Long hours. Emergency calls. After all, ITG Comms provide an essential service, being a telecom company. It's not for everybody but it can be exciting if you enjoy working outdoors and appreciate a non-routine job.

Pros

Would only recommend for people who look at soviet workers in Siberia and think “ooooh they have it good”. No company culture, no growth, and no communication.

Cons

This place is like a city slicker who bought a farm. They have no idea what the entities are in which they purchase. If your company is purchased by ITG, it’s time to hang it up. Four holidays a year, one week of PTO/sick time total per year, and no one with their hands on the wheel. Do not hesitate to notice that the majority of positive reviews are from HR and not actual industry folks doing the work.
