      A lot of responsibility given to people early in their careers. Ability to get experience in a variety of different field and roles from the same position

      Cons

      Always behind the industry standard on compensation. Not willing to compete for talent by increasing compensation despite saying that competing for talent is a priority

      Good benefits, stable pay, good hours

      Cons

      Upward mobility is a popularity contest not based on merit, experience or ability, management poor communication or non existent, engineers make changes without consulting the people who run the equipment, company focuses on short term profit over long term profit. Safety is a secondary concern over profit.
