Use to be great company before change of strategy in the last 2-3 years. May still offer some opportunities for new comers with the current restructuring of business units. You have to work in the profitable businesses if you don't want to loose your time.
Cons
Complete restructuring of the business units leads to many management changes, very short term strategy only focus on profitability.
