Very dated culture, vacation benefits, and building- the building looks like it hasn't been updated since it was built 50 years ago. The culture feels like it is from the 1980s. They brought everyone back to the office in March after the pandemic with no employee feedback or option of opportunity to continue to work from home. Little flexibility in schedule, no part time options.
