Good company, but poor strategic leadership - Manager ITW Employee Review

Senior management has been shaky through some serious strategic changes in the last couple years. Business simplification was very successful. However, there is significant shareholder value that could be driven through strategic sourcing, but they have not shown the commitment, support, or strategic knowledge to implement it on the massive scale of the company.
