Treat new employees poorly - Anonymous employee ITW Employee Review

If you’re new at this company, be prepared for your direct and indirect team members to treat you poorly. People will leave you off of emails and meetings and question why you weren’t there. You’ll send emails and never get responses. People will throw you under the bus for doing what they asked you to do. My “mentor” would constantly talk bad about coworkers to me. They’ll pretend to make you feel like a team mate, but if you ever need help good luck getting anyone to help you because they’re too busy.
