Pros
Great benefits, self-insured company so cost of health benefits is low. This is the greatest benefit to this company. If your goal is to become a VPGM they will put you on a track for that.
Cons
Culture is not great, most days spent not talking to people, no interaction, very boring in office. No celebrations of anything at all to make people feel connected. Nothing fun happens. Not the top of salary ranges.
