Pros

Great Benefits, good pay, fun, nice Co-workers!

Cons

A lot of Management turnover, causes problems when they come in trying to prove something. Micromanaging your people who have worked there for years, and who know the job better than they do, makes an enjoyable job not enjoyable anymore.
