Identification for your work ... encouragement support from the team management are too good for a person to work on

Cons

Joining on a contract basis or from a 3rd party pay roll makes you worry and long time to get permanent

Pros

Good Company to work for, great learning capabilities. Fast growing, and ambitious management

Cons

Politics !!! Politics !!! Politics. Unless and untill you have it in you to fight politics, it doesn't really matter if you are really good, you can never grow. Usual problems of a growing company, no structure. Ever changing goal post.
