Pros

Nothing much. Only if it's your last option to work or you are on contract basis.Also if you are coming through reference.

Cons

Worst Management. Worst HR. No value of employees. No social life once you are here. You will have hard time to get your own money back claims. No communication clarity. No concrete plan so they can't give clarity to you as well. Language barrier if you are not from Chennai. No fun,no recreational activity.

Pros

Good Company to work for, great learning capabilities. Fast growing, and ambitious management

Cons

Politics !!! Politics !!! Politics. Unless and untill you have it in you to fight politics, it doesn't really matter if you are really good, you can never grow. Usual problems of a growing company, no structure. Ever changing goal post.
