Pros

Good work environment for a product base company for short term. Product Idea is really good and can grow even more if build and updated towards the technology. Have massive clients.

Cons

* Process management needs to be proper * Still working on Old Code, Code not maintained or updated to the current technologies * Application architect needs optimize the code and Api calls. * Salary processing often delayed

Good Company to work for, great learning capabilities. Fast growing, and ambitious management

Cons

Politics !!! Politics !!! Politics. Unless and untill you have it in you to fight politics, it doesn't really matter if you are really good, you can never grow. Usual problems of a growing company, no structure. Ever changing goal post.
