The person who do not have capability get good promotion and pay than you even you are much better performer than them.

Cons

It depends, if you desperately need a change without any expectations, not afraid of politics and not in need of work life balance you can go with this company

Pros

Good Company to work for, great learning capabilities. Fast growing, and ambitious management

Cons

Politics !!! Politics !!! Politics. Unless and untill you have it in you to fight politics, it doesn't really matter if you are really good, you can never grow. Usual problems of a growing company, no structure. Ever changing goal post.
