Teammates are so kind (because they know how toxic management)

Cons

About management - Selfish guys, only wish for theirs good doesn't care abour employees (only bday wish mail) - False promises, in every calls - Talk like care more for employees, those are very good acting - All management are toxic, all ambitionless For me and my teammates all this above was happened. Thank you

Pros

Good Company to work for, great learning capabilities. Fast growing, and ambitious management

Cons

Politics !!! Politics !!! Politics. Unless and untill you have it in you to fight politics, it doesn't really matter if you are really good, you can never grow. Usual problems of a growing company, no structure. Ever changing goal post.
