Pros

Friendly Management and good learning place for freshers. From Top management to Lower level all are friendly to there employees. Have to stay but time leave out . For valid reason They provide Leave and understand employees situation. Great place. Growing company, more clients. Upper middle class company

Cons

They Should provide food facilities. Nothing to cons here more. Have to consider fresher status and make good Salary. Should concentrate on each employees.

Pros

Good Company to work for, great learning capabilities. Fast growing, and ambitious management

Cons

Politics !!! Politics !!! Politics. Unless and untill you have it in you to fight politics, it doesn't really matter if you are really good, you can never grow. Usual problems of a growing company, no structure. Ever changing goal post.
