Pros
- Personable and very knowledgeable team - Flexible startup environment i.e. not corporate - Opportunity to build processes from scratch (really contribute to the development of the product) - Interesting space i.e. fintech
Cons
- Office temperature is sometimes eerily cold (AC must be on the fritz) - Being a startup, there are constant changes in product. This can be difficult to adjust to if you're not prepared for a dynamic environment and more used to an already well-established company with rigid structure
