They provide their staff as contractors to some MNC's without knowing the project details Recruiting people for smaller duration projects is really critical... The skillset for which I was hired was different and deployed to a project which is entirely into different technology they does not know inner details...deploy the resource and leave I resigned after lot of frustration... not even full final settlement was made bcz served only 10days of my notice period we loose our previous jobs for and get to know the project is only one and half month...what kind of loss did we incur if we are not able to serve notice period...in my case client found a replacement also...BE AWARE WHEN SWITICHING AS A CONTRACTOR
