      Pros

      The culture at Best Company is by far the greatest asset. You can tell that they truly care about the happiness of their employees. It's a really relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do can be fast paced. I don't dread coming into work on Monday mornings and the managers are extremely patient and understanding.

      Cons

      It would be great if Best Company would open offices in other states!

      Idexx is a great place to work at and it encourages people to grow in the company

      Pros

      Joined because I was excited to work on AI product called InferIQ. But it is just a glorified OCR.

      Cons

      Poor work culture. Leader in charge of the product keeps yelling at the team and threatens to fire people on team meetings. Product roadmap changing on a weekly basis based on trends this leader hears in the news. Teams are working late nights every day and on weekends. The product has failed completely, but the leader is close to owner, so the leader somehow continues to keep his job.
