I have joined as a junior in Idexcel and it is more than 2years i am associated with this organisation.Idexcel gave me oppurtunity to grow in my career.In this two years,I have been promoted as sr executive from Associate executive and lead many things successfully and rewarded with two very good salary hikes. It includes its employees in key decesion making related to company which will give us oppurtunity put front our views.
Cons
The office culture is very good .The management at Idexcel is supportive and thus it helps us to attain our goals and gives us job satisfaction.Policies wise it is good .It is a company with good values. It provides various trainings for freshers and seniors .It believes in training the employees will enhance the employee growth and employee-employer relationship.
