      Pros

      Best place to build career, got opportunities to improve language, confidence. It provides various trainings for freshers and seniors .It believes in training the employees will enhance the employee growth and employee-employer relationship.

      Cons

      The office culture is very good .The management at Idexcel is supportive and thus it helps us to attain our goals and gives us job satisfaction.Policies wise it is good .It is a company with good values.

      Pros

      Joined because I was excited to work on AI product called InferIQ. But it is just a glorified OCR.

      Cons

      Poor work culture. Leader in charge of the product keeps yelling at the team and threatens to fire people on team meetings. Product roadmap changing on a weekly basis based on trends this leader hears in the news. Teams are working late nights every day and on weekends. The product has failed completely, but the leader is close to owner, so the leader somehow continues to keep his job.
