Pros

Ignition is moving from start-up to scale-up. There is plenty of opportunity to have significant impact and take ownership over projects within the business. There's always a lot happening, with plenty of priorities on the go.

Cons

The team has grown incredibly quickly with has resulted in some confusion across different business units, and a narrowing of some job descriptions, which is only natural as we bring on more specialists.
