Pros
The onboarding experience with Illumio has been an absolute pleasure, as the team have done a great job of making me feel welcome! I was provided with a vast range of useful e-learning content to get me up to speed as quickly as possible, and have been able to meet with many of my team members over Zoom to discuss best practises. Overall, finding my feet with Illumio has been a great experience and I look forward to continuing as part of their team.
Cons
Starting a completely new role remotely was always going to pose challenges. One of which was getting to grips with all of the useful sales tools, which are provided by Illumio to help our team to succeed, without being able to lean over the desk and ask someone for help. Luckily, the team have been extremely understanding and responsive whenever I needed something clearing up!
