Pros

- Fun, youthful, energetic employees - Company Cabins - Refreshing beverages on tap at all times - Ping pong and other games (for some groups who apparently had plenty of time on their hands)

Cons

- CEO becomes irate at times and singles out individuals instead of building teams who perform at higher levels. ImageTrend is a very reactive company. - "Leadership" are all very nice people, but they aren't empowered to make big and tough decisions. I think this is by design. Owner (CEO) founded this company so it's his baby and he has a difficult time stepping back and trusting people to help run this mid-sized company. He's running the place like it's still in his garage. - Limited number of opportunities to grow professionally - High burnout (most great employees leave), seriously. - Low pay for the insane amount of hours and work we put in - Hardly felt valued, except by clients. Never was rewarded or even acknowledged when great things were done FOR the company. - Everyone is in the trenches I wanted to spend my entire career with ImageTrend when i started. I thought if i busted my tail to do good work, that might somehow be noticed or valued. Instead, i got turned down for the SINGLE opportunity for advancement (after 4 years), so i felt obligated to move on from this company since it was clear they didn't have a place for me.
