The company isn’t in its best overall shape, though our division remains relatively stable over the years. The workload is reasonable and the methodology is fairly mature, but it’s merely enforced in a waterfall-style manner with little flexibility. There is also a lot of grind and bureaucracy across HR and facilities when you want to move from a location or department to another with many old or outdated processes and some individuals who don’t seem to contribute meaningfully
