Pros
The first thing to know about Imagine Learning is that every day you go to work knowing your efforts help children learn to read and do math. It's pretty difficult to find a nobler company mission! In the years I worked there, I was surprised and grateful to see how much the company invests in its people. I have found very few places where management fostered a better work/life balance or more freely encouraged innovation. Imagine Learning is on the cutting edge of the EdTech industry. Not only am I proud to have them on my resume, I'm excited for their future success!
Cons
Imagine Learning is in the middle of a major growth phase, and sometimes that entails a little uncertainty. Take it easy; I have a high degree of confidence in their future.
